At Engraving, we are committed to providing high-quality personalized jewelry that brings joy to your special moments. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a comprehensive policy for warranty, returns, and refunds.
1-Year Warranty
We stand behind the craftsmanship of our personalized jewelry. Our one-year warranty covers the following:

Color changes: If the color of your jewelry fades or changes within 1 year of purchase.

Faded engraving: If the engraving fades within 1 year.

Straps or clasps: If straps, clasps, or other parts of the jewelry are damaged during normal use.
Note: The warranty covers free repairs. Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Once we receive the product, we will repair it and send it back to you as soon as possible.
How to Claim the Warranty

Contact our support team at support@engraving.si, provide your order number, and briefly describe the issue.

Provide photo proof: Send a clear photo of the jewelry showing the issue. This helps us determine if the item qualifies under our warranty.

Send the jewelry: If the claim is approved, send the item to the address provided by our support team. Customers are responsible for shipping costs.

Repair and return: We will repair your jewelry and return it promptly.
Return Policy (48-Hour Damage Notification)
If your jewelry arrives damaged, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery. This policy covers all damages not included under our one-year warranty.
How to File a Claim

Email us: Notify our support team at support@engraving.si within 48 hours of receiving your package.

Required photo proof: Attach a clear photo of the damaged item along with your order number.

Resolution: Our team will evaluate the issue and offer the best possible solution, including repair, replacement, or a refund.

Important: Claims submitted more than 48 hours after delivery are not eligible under this policy.
Refund Policy
We create personalized items with great care, but if an issue arises due to our error, we are happy to offer a solution.
Please note that personalized jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there is a defect or mistake caused by us.
Eligibility for a Refund

If you receive the wrong or damaged item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographic evidence.

After verification, we will offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

Please note: Once approved, refunds may take up to 5–7 business days to process.
