Delivery

All shipments are sent via our partner, Packeta. Before delivery, you will receive an email or SMS with delivery details.

Your product is usually made the next working day, and delivery may take 3–5 working days.

In some cases, delivery may be unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or a communication issue between the courier and the recipient. If this happens, please contact us and we will resend the package.
