All orders are shipped via our trusted delivery partners.

Before delivery, you’ll receive an email or SMS with all the necessary shipping details.

Shipping is free on all orders over €50, so feel free to add a little extra love to your cart.

While most parcels arrive on time, please note that small delays can occasionally occur due to courier handling, which is unfortunately beyond our direct control.

Standard Shipping

Standard orders are typically processed within 4–8 business days, depending on order volume.

Delivery is estimated between 5–10 business days, depending on your country and courier service.

Priority Shipping (Skip the Line)

With our “Skip the Line” option, your order receives priority processing — it’s placed at the front of our production queue and usually completed the next working day.

Total delivery time is typically 3–7 business days.

Because each piece of personalized jewelry is made uniquely for you, it cannot be returned or exchanged unless there’s a defect or a mistake on our side.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours and include photos — our team will guide you through the replacement or refund process.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days once confirmed.
