Priority Shipping (Skip the Line)

With our “Skip the Line” option, your order receives priority processing — it’s placed at the front of our production queue and usually completed the next working day.

Total delivery time is typically 3–7 business days.

Because each piece of personalized jewelry is made uniquely for you, it cannot be returned or exchanged unless there’s a defect or a mistake on our side.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours and include photos — our team will guide you through the replacement or refund process.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days once confirmed.
